I strongly attest that the doctrine taught in The Family: A Proclamation to the world declares truth. Only after I dissected this document did I realize how important it truly is. If you have read this proclamation before I encourage you to read it again. Learn from it, ponder it, apply it to your life, teach it to others, and live it.
My family took the opportunity to spend the last three months focusing on each topic contained in this proclamation. We haven’t finished and cannot finish studying everything found within this inspired document. We will be able to continue learning from these teachings for the rest of our lives.
I know the information contained within this document is true. I know that I lived before I came to earth. I have a Heavenly Father, Mother, and family. I am of individual worth that is magnified through my family. I need to raise my children to understand this document and to love it like I do. Families are essential to our salvation. Only living the principles found in this proclamation can we have an eternal family.
